fit75 is a personal accountability tool for tracking the 75 Hard challenge. It allows users to log daily progress and optionally share selected information with a private squad.

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
- You agree not to misuse the platform or harass other users

fit75 is not a medical service. The 75 Hard challenge and any related content are for general fitness and accountability purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any intense fitness program.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
